S/Sgt Allen K. Lottridge graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor degree in arts in 1935. The following year he took his L.L.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree and practised in Portland as an attorney.He enlisted in Portland, Oregon on 25 August 1943.
He was reported wounded in action by small arms fire in August and November 1944.
He was killed by artillery shell fragments in the head, abdomen, pelvis and back.
