Pfc Joseph L. Bisson attended high school for two years and was a production worker employed by the Sulphate Mill Brown Co. before he enlisted in Manchester, New Hampshire on 9 September 1943.For his action in Cisterna, Italy on 24 May 1944, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
He was killed by small arms fire in the abdomen and pelvis.
