Pfc Clarence S. Feagle attended high school for four years and was a chauffeur before he enlisted at Camp Blanding, Florida on 12 January 1944.
He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his action on 29 December 1944.
In December 1944, he was wounded by artillery shell fragments in the femur and the lungs, resulting in a pneumonia.
