Pvt Eugene E. Dahl attended West Seattle High School.

He was a plumber employed by the University Plumbing and heating Department before he enlisted at Fort Lewis, Wshington on 12 June 1944.

He was killed by shell fragments in the abdomen, pelvis and back.
