Pvt Charles A. Daley Jr. was a warehouse keeper employed by the National Biscuit Co. before he enlisted in Allentown, Pennsylvania on 3 April 1943.

He was wounded by artillery shell fragments in the kidneys and died of his wounds on 3 February 1945. The exact date when he was reported wounded in action or the location where he died, is not known.
