Pfc Stanley C. Jackson worked on the family farm before he enlisted in Cincinnati, Ohio on 15 July 1942.

In January 1944, in Italy, he was wounded by a bullet in the fibula. Discharged in April, he was wounded again in May by a bullet in the arm. He was discharged in June 1944.

The exact date when he was reported wounded in action and the location where he died, is not known.
