Pfc Joe T. Livsey Jr. enlisted at Fort McPherson, Atlanta, Georgia on 11 October 1944. He was killed in Germany and initially buried in another cemetery following his death and later transferred to his final festing place at Margraten.

He was a carpenter before he enlisted.
