Pfc John A. Keller graduated from St. Mary’s School and was employed by the U.S. Chicago and Nort Western Railroad Co. before he enlisted on 28 June 1944. He trained at Camp Croft, South Carolina and went overseas just before Christmas 1944.He was killed by small arms fire in the head.
