Pvt Francis E. Heath graduated from Big Fork High School in 1942 and attended Montana State College in Bozeman. He was an electricianHe enlisted in Seattle, Washington on 15 May 1943.
He was reported seriously wounded in action on 27 December when F Company left their position in Chaumont and went into attack northeast towards Bastogne, Belgium. The exact location where he died is not known.
