Pvt Gordon E. Keyes was employed by the Yellow Cab Co.His son Scott was born on 18 March 1944, 5 months before he enlisted at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas on 25 August 1944. He was sent overseas in February 1945.
He was killed by artillery shell fragments in the thorax.
