Pvt Chester Miller was a truck driver, employed by Monroe Paper Products before he enlisted on 16 October 1940.He was reported seriously wounded in action on 22 September 1944 when the 3rd Battalion launched an attack on the east of the Bois de la Rumont in the vicinity of Bezaumont, France.
