Pvt Milan Adamek graduated from Roosevelt High School in January, 1943.He enlisted on 11 December 1942.
In October 1944 he was wounded by artillery shell fragments in the ankle region. He was discharged from the hospital in November.
He was killed by artillery shell fragments in the thorax.
