More information

Pfc William J. Lamprecht was employed in the engineering department of the Roosevelt Hotel before he enlisted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 17 February 1943. He was sent overseas in September 1944.
He is wounded in action on 2 December 1944 and died two days later in an evacuation hospital in Dieuze, France.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
