2nd Lt Vasco Tiziani graduated from the University of Connecticut in the class of 1943. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture as well as completed the Advanced Courses of the R.O.T.C.degree.

He was killed after the squad he was leading came under attack near Kaundorf, Luxembourg.
