More information

T/Sgt Bifolchini served in the Army from March 8, 1941 until his death.
He was serving with the Thrid army infantry unit in Luxembourg. He had trained at Camp Edwards and at army posts in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina before he went overseas in August, 1944. Sgt Bifolchini's father was killed in action as a member of the Italian army during World War I. His mother and step-father brought him to the United States when he was seven, and he attended Adams schools and was employed at the Bershire Fine Spinning Associates mills in Adams before entering the service.
He was initially buried at Foy Cemetery near Bastogne, Belgium.
