T/5 Harold L. Harshman was a driver at the General Motors Corporation before he volunteered for the Army of the United States at Camp Grant, Illinois on 30 January 1943.He was killed by small arms fire in his chest.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand-Failly, France.
