Pvt Maurice R. Zwicker attended high school for three years and worked on the family farm before he enlisted at Fort Devens, Massachusetts on 8 March 1943.He was killed by artillery shell fragments in his chest.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
