Pfc Henry A. Earley enlisted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 22 June 1942 and was sent overseas in the spring of 1944.He died of wounds received on 2 December 1944 caused by artillery shell fragments to his spine and trunk. The exact location where he died is not known.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Hochfelden, France.
