Pfc Thomas C. Krichbaum Jr. attended high school for four years and employed at the Swanson Oar Company before he enlisted in Erie, Pennsylvania on 4 February 1943.He was killed by artillery shell fragments to his shoulder.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
