Pvt James O.P. Druen was employed by the National Furniture Company before he enlisted at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana on 23 March 1944.He was killed by artillery shell fragments.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Hochfelden, France.
