Pvt John H. I. Ferguson Jr. enlisted in June 1944, after graduating from the McCaskey High School. He was sent overseas in December 1944 and was killed when he was only 13 days in Europe.He is remembered at the Riverview Burial Park in Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
