2nd Lt Salvatore F. Procopio graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in 1939 and was employed as a phamacist at the Cedar Lane Drug Store in Teaneck, New Jersey.

He enlisted in Newark, New Jersey on 20 July 1942.

He died in Stalag XII-A.
