S/Sgt Leonard V. Kacprzak attended high school for 3 years before he enlisted.S/Sgt Kacprzak's remains were recovered and identified on 10 February 2003. He is interred at Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Myer, Virginia on 30 April 2004.
His name is permanently inscribed on the Tablets of the Missing at the Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial. A rosette has been placed next to his name to indicate that he has been accounted for.
