Pfc Harold G. Niederriter graduated from West Catholic High School and attended LaSalle College.He enlisted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 4 October 1943.
He had been overseas for less than a month when he was killed.
Two brothers and a sister also served during WW 2.
