Sgt Harold H. Fargher was a graduate of Michigan State Normal College. He was employed by Bendix Aviation Corp.He enlisted at Fort Custer, Michigan on 15 January 1942 and was sent overseas in April 1943. He was in the invasion of Africa, Sicily, Italy and Normandy.
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Molenhoek, near Nijmegen, the Netherlands on 28 September 1944.
