Pvt Ralph C. Mann attended high school for three years and worked for the Cone Automatic Machinery Co as an assistant foreman.

He enlisted at Fort Devens, Massachusetts on 7 April 1944. He was sent overseas on 15 September 1944.
He is remembered at the Mountain View Cemetery in Claremont, Sullivan County, New Hampshire.
