Pvt Armand L. Ouillet was employed by the Johnston Construction Company.

He enlisted on 18 November 1943 at Utica, New York. He was sent overseas in June 1944.

Pvt Ouillet was guiding a truck which was transporting satchel charges of dynamite up to the front lines when for some undetermined cause the truck blew up. A search was made but he could not be found.
