Pfc Orville C. Breeding an attendant at a filling station and parking lot before he enlisted at Camp Dodge, Herrold, Iowa on 17 April 1944. He was sent overseas in October 1944.

He was taken prisoner and died from malnutrition and starvation in Stalag IX-B.
