T/5 Haldon E. Lawrence attended Ross High School for four years and was a filer before he enlisted in Toledo, Ohio on 13 April 1943.He was officially declared dead one year and one day after he was reported missing in action on 31 Januari 1945. At that time his unit was fighting in the vicinity of Colmar.
