Pvt Albert R. Cardini attended 4 years at the Gloucester High School and was a meatcutter. He enlisted in Boston, Massachusetts, on 10 January 1941.He was taken prisoner near Schlausenbach, Germany on 16 December 1944. He either died in a POW camp or during one of the death marches he was send on between these POW camps.
