Pfc Warren L. Seibert attended 3 years at the Redford High School and was an actor before he joined the National Guard on 15 October 1940.

He was taken prisoner and on 24 December 1944, the Gerolstein railroad yard, where the American POW's were put into boxcars, was bombed by the allied air force.
