Pvt Lee O. Brown graduated from Lafayette High School and was a machinist for the L. & N. Company.

He had been overseas for ten months.

His mother married several times: with Calvin Mack Dugan in 1938 and also with Robert L Wainscott. The name of Pvt Brown's father is not known at this moment.
