Sgt Wendel S. Seeger was a welder before he enlisted in Kalamazoo, Michigan on 8 August 1941.He was wounded by shrapnel in Germany on 18 December 1944. After recovering, he returned to his unit.
Sgt Seeger is remembered at the Mona View Cemetery in Muskegon Heights, Muskegon County, Michigan.
