More information
His granddaughter Kathy Spinella says, "He loved cars and was working as a mechanic at the time he registered for the draft. By all accounts, he was an "old" man as he turned 30 prior to being sent overseas for their final training in England. Wilson, as he was called, was a gentle man who left behind a wife and a young daughter who was 4 at the time of her father's death."Pfc Morgan must have been on leave when he was killed by a V-2 rocket that destroyed the Rex movie theatre in Antwerp.
