Pvt Wiley T. Scruggs worked on a farm.He enlisted at Camp Shelby, Mississippi on 6 November 1943.
He was taken prisoner on 15 December 1944 in the vicinity of Brandscheid, Germany and died of malnutrition in Stalag IX-C.
