Pfc Edwin M. Licht was an employer of the Raleigh Hotel in Washington DC before he enlisted.

He was taken prisoner in the vicinity of St. Vith, Belgium on 21 December 1944 and died in the POW camp Stalag IX-B in Bad Orb.
