Pfc Harry E. Tuffley attended high school for 3 years and was a chauffeur.

He enlisted in Binghamton, New York on 26 July 1944. He took his basic training at Camp Croft, South Carolina an was sent overseas on 8 January 1945.

He is remembered at the Vesper Cemetery in Vesper, Onondago County, New York.
