S/Sgt Richard R. Ebersohl enlisted in Detroit, Michigan on 8 April 1941. He was stationed at Pearl Harbor at the time of the attack on 7 December 1941. He was sent to France in 1944.S/Sgt Ebersohl is remembered at the Indian Hill Cemetery in Jackson County, Illinois.
