Pfc Henry J. Przybylski attended high school for one year and was a driver before he joined the National Guard in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, on 17 February 1941.

He was lightly wounded in France on 25 August 1944 and recovered from his wounds within a week.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Solers, France.
