Pfc Homer E. Dutcher graduatefd from Bainbridge Central High School. After his mother died, he had made his home with uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. William Roberts of Nineveh. He was employed at the Scintilla plant in Sidney before he enlisted in November 1942. He was sent overseas in October 1943.
