Pvt Robert M. Fenner was a 1933 graduate of Grand Junction High School where he played basketball. He also graduated from William Jewell College in Missouri in 1937. He was employed at Remington Arms plant in Denver, Colorado before he enlisted in Cincinnati, Ohio on 22 January 1944.He was taken prisoner and died in Stalag 9B.
The picture was taken in high school in 1936.
