2nd Lt Waldemar H. Kruse entered the service February 1941 and was sent to Camp Robinson, Arkansas. He served at the Aleutian Islands from May 1942 to February 1943. He attended officers training school at Fort Benning, Georgia. Sent to England August 1944 and then to France, Belgium and Germany.2nd Lt Waldemar H. Kruse is remembered at the New Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery at Bellefontaine Neighbors, St. Louis County, Missouri.
