Sgt Bruce C. Winnie worked at three Civilian Conservation Corps camps from 1940 to 1942.He was wounded in Germany the day before and died in the 67th Evacuation Hospital
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Ittenbach, Germany and three times in the Netherlands.
