More information

S/Sgt John J. Puzio enlisted in Albany, New York on 17 January 1941.
S/Sgt John J. Puzio took part in the battles of North Africa, where he was wounded. Shortly after the end of that campaign he was sent to England to recuperate and rest before rejoining his unit. He remained there until the invasion of France when he was again wounded. Although complete details are lacking, it is apparent that Sgt. Puzio soon returned to the front.
