Pfc Alton M. Teasley was a checker at the Railway Express Agency before he enlisted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina on 14 June 1944 and received training at Camp Croft, South Carolina. He was sent overseas in mid November 1944.He was killed by artillery shell fragments to his head.
