Pfc Estel G. Hinkle attended high school for three years before he enlisted in Clarksburg, West Virginia on 16 January 1941.He was killed by artillery shell fragments to his head.
He is also remembered at the Davis Cemetery in Davis, Tucker County, West Virginia.
