S/Sgt Harold D. Azbell attended high school for four years before he enlisted in Indianapolis, Indiana on 3 September 1943.He died from a carbon monoxide gas poisoning.
He is remembered at the Greenland Cemetery in Mexico, Miamy County, Indiana.
