Sgt Herman Rewerts enlisted on 23 June 1941. He was sent overseas on 23 September 1943 and landed in France on 24 June 1944.He was killed when his tank was hit by enemy bazooka fire.
He was first buried in the vicinity of Breuna, Germany.
