Pfc George J. Adamson was a section foreman at Camel Run Mine.He enlisted at Fort Thomas Newport, Kentucky on 1 June 1944. He trained at Camp Blanding, Florida and was sent overseas on 10 December 1944.
Pfc Adamson was wounded in action on 7 April and died in a field hospital.
