German's Cigarette Glow makes target for grenade With eight inf. Div. - S/Sgt Elgin Webb, of Greenville, Tenn., squad leader with E Co., 13th Regt., was the target of a German sniper one night and he couldn't determine Jerry's position. Presently a little flare lit up a spot not 100 yards away, followed by a dim orange glow. Jerry was taking a smoke. A well place hand grenade knocked out the sniping Nazi with his cigarette.
